IEM Oakland champions Unicorns of Love have made a significant roster change by parting ways with Korean jungler Kang "Move" Min-su. The decision was reached collaboratively between players and management, despite all five starters being previously contracted through 2017.
Move joined the team in early 2016 after playing in the NA LCS Summer Split with Gravity Gaming, where he earned the outstanding rookie award. With Unicorns of Love, he helped the team reach the EU Summer Playoffs semifinals and win the IEM Oakland championship.
The team has already signed a replacement jungler, pending Riot approval. Reports from ESPN Esports indicate that 17-year-old Andrei "Xerxe" Dragomir, formerly of Turkish team Dark Passage, will take over the position. This aligns with Unicorns manager Romain "Khagneur" Bigeard's statement that the new jungler had recently turned 17.
