EA Star Wars confirmed on November 18 that they are investigating the flickering issues affecting Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PS5 Pro. Digital Foundry's review has documented these visual anomalies in detail.

Similarly, Bloober Team has recognized comparable problems with the Silent Hill 2 remake, with players reporting persistent sparkling effects in both Performance and Quality modes. The studio has committed to developing a fix.

Alan Wake 2 users have also reported visual glitches, including flickering effects on character models, particularly noticeable on Alex Casey's sideburns.

According to Digital Foundry's analysis, these issues may stem from the PS5 Pro's PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) technology, an AI-powered system designed for image upscaling and framerate enhancement. While some technical challenges are expected with new hardware implementation, the widespread nature of these issues might require Sony's direct intervention to ensure stable performance across affected titles.
