VP's FL4MUS Unable to Compete at IEM Katowice Playoff Stage
FL4MUS will miss Virtus.pro's playoff matches at IEM Katowice 2024 due to health issues, according to an official team announcement. The Russian player previously sat out two group stage matches against MOUZ and GamerLegion.
Virtus.pro's head coach, dastan, will continue standing in for FL4MUS during the playoffs. Despite being a last-minute replacement, dastan helped the team secure crucial victories in the group stage, including a notable win against GamerLegion that qualified them for the playoffs.
The team's next match is scheduled for February 10, where they will face FaZe Clan in the quarter-finals. This marks Virtus.pro's first playoff appearance at IEM Katowice since 2017, when they competed under different ownership and roster.
FL4MUS has been a key player for Virtus.pro since joining in August 2023, helping the team achieve significant results including a victory at ESL Pro League Season 18 and a second-place finish at IEM Sydney 2023.
