Former pro player turned streamer Simon "Thebausffs" Hofverberg has sparked controversy in the League of Legends community with his bold criticisms of European pro players' work ethic. As part of Los Ratones, a new team assembled by content creator Caedrel, Thebausffs made these remarks following their debut against the World Champions at the Red Bull League of Its Own event in Paris.

In a recent interview with Sheep Esports, Thebausffs criticized European pros for their lack of dedication, stating he hasn't been "seeing pro players play solo queue... They just go on Twitter and scroll all day." He attributes Europe's international struggles to this poor work ethic.

Los Ratones isn't just another content creation team, according to Thebausffs. The team has serious competitive aspirations, with their sights set on the LEC and beyond. "We didn't start Los Ratones just to have fun with content or joke around; we made it to win everything," he declared.
