Team Liquid has officially announced the addition of Guy "NertZ" Ziso to their CS2 roster. The 21-year-old Israeli player, formerly of ENCE, joins as the team's new rifler, replacing Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis who departed earlier this month.

NertZ has proven himself as a rising talent in competitive CS2, particularly during his tenure with ENCE where he maintained an impressive 1.14 HLTV rating across 2023. His aggressive playstyle and consistent performance make him a strategic addition to Liquid's lineup.

The player transition comes as part of Team Liquid's roster rebuilding efforts following their 9th-11th place finish at the CS2 Copenhagen Major. Under the leadership of in-game leader Timothy "autimatic" Ta, NertZ joins core members Keith "NAF" Markovic and Josh "oSee" Ohm.

This marks NertZ's first venture with a North American organization, signaling Team Liquid's commitment to blending international talent with their existing roster. The team aims to improve their competitive standing in the 2024 season with this strategic signing.

The complete Team Liquid CS2 roster now consists of:

  • Timothy "autimatic" Ta
  • Keith "NAF" Markovic
  • Josh "oSee" Ohm
  • Guy "NertZ" Ziso
  • Position 5 (TBA)

Note: The fifth position remains to be filled as Team Liquid continues their roster reconstruction process.
