HEROIC has confirmed that Marcus 'Maden' Kjærgaard will step in for their injured player Jakob 'jabbi' Nygaard during the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Finals. Nygaard is currently recovering from a broken finger sustained at IEM Sydney 2023.

The Danish organization made this announcement on social media, revealing that Maden, formerly of MOUZ, will serve as a temporary replacement. This decision comes after jabbi's injury forced him to withdraw from recent competitions, including the ESL Pro League Season 18 playoffs.

HEROIC will compete at the BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2023 with the following lineup:

• Maden (stand-in)

The BLAST Premier Fall Finals is scheduled for November 22-26 in Copenhagen, Denmark, featuring eight teams competing for a $425,000 prize pool. HEROIC's first match will be against G2 in the opening round.

This temporary roster change comes at a crucial time as HEROIC aims to maintain their competitive edge in the tournament despite the unexpected setback with jabbi's injury.
