The tournament will include popular competitive games:

- Super Smash Bros. Melee
Important dates:
- Registration: September 8-22
- Online qualifiers: September 24
- Finals: December 19-21
CCNA event director Kitty Nguyen emphasized that the tournament aims to "introduce a competitive environment at the collegiate level, while helping students pay for tuition and bridging the gap to the professional leagues."
The organization's previous event in Orange County, CA, featured 15 schools competing in games like Heroes of the Storm, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Street Fighter V, Smash 4, and League of Legends. Due to its success, CCNA expanded the tournament to its current scale.
The event will also include vendors and an expert panel featuring prominent esports industry figures.
