The BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2024 kicks off CS2's competitive season in Lisbon, Portugal from January 17-21. Eight teams will compete for $190,000 in prize money and spots in the Spring Final or Spring Showdown.

Teams will battle through a triple-elimination format, with matches played as best-of-one until the deciding games, which are best-of-three. The competition starts with Group Rounds, followed by the Gauntlet Stage, and concludes with the Playoff Rounds.

Underdogs: EG White and Team Falcons face tough odds against established teams. However, with CS2's new mechanics and limited pro play data, upsets are possible. GamerLegion could also surprise after their impressive IEM Sydney 2023 performance.
